Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date. To facilitate the review process, customers may be required to provide: Full name and order number. Photographs of the product and outer packaging. Shipping label information. Return Authorization Process

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
